CourtCase for the New Recruits:
This
Union has decided to appeal before the Calcutta high court against the
stay order issued by the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay high court (HC)
on the recruitment process being conducted by the postal department .
The case is related to one Postal Circle. So, the candidates of all
other circles should not be deprived of their appointment . We have
already consulted with the High Court Lawyer who has assured a
positive result.
All

to the Court Case committee of this union . Some interested new comers
will be included to the committee for active persuasion of the case.
The acute shortage of staff has compelled us for this move.
