            Sub: Two days Strike on  12 & 13 Feb 2014 by AISBCE Union Employees-Notice
This is to give notice that  all the members of ALL INDIA SAVINGS BANK CONTROL EMPLOYEES UNION  will go on two days strike 12 & 13 Feb 2014 [ 48 Hours from 00.hour of 12.02.2014 to 00.hr of 14.02.2014]. The charter of demands for the two days strike action is enclosed for your kind information.

CHARTER OF DEMANDS
1.  To implement the 7th pay commission package w.e.f. 01.01.2014 with all existing pay structure, allowances and retirement benefits including pension to the new recruits joined on or after 01.01.2004.

2.  To determine the interim relief needed to be sanctioned immediately

3.  To determine the merger of 50% Dearness allowance with pay

4.  Compassionate appointment – removal of restrictions imposed by the Government

5.  Fill up all vacant posts and creation of new posts wherever justified

6.  Restore the identified abolition of posts from 2005 to 2008 under the scheme of Optimization of Direct Recruitment vacancies which is kept under abeyance under O.A.No:1736/2013 referred by the Dte.Lr.No: 66-24/2013-SPB-I Dt.13.12.2013.

7.  Five promotions to all employees

8.   Arrange cadre restructure meeting with AISBCE Union as per our reference addressed to DDG[P] Chairman, Cadre restructure vide Lr.No: CHQ/AISBCEU/2014/01  Dt. 01.01.2014.
9.  Stop the move to introduce performance related pay [PRP]  system

10.              Ensure right to strike
