Ch.PMG, W.B. Circle has kindly granted special C.L., vide his office letter No. SFB/R-110/AISBCEU/Spl. C.L./01-14 Dated 22.12.2014 (copy attached),to the Delegates  of Bienial Circle Conference';2015 scheduled to be held on 07.02.2015 & 08.02.2015 at Auditorium Hall , P&T staff Quarter , Salt Lake, Kolkata-64.

It is therefore, requested to kindly grant special C.L. to the Delegates as applied by them for the Purpose.
