Sub: Full Pension benefit with reference to last Pay . In compliance to Ch. PMG , W.B. Circle order No. LC-1 /7/08/PA(SBCO)/BCR Scheme /Pay Fixation / Barabazar /SFB Dated 24.04.2014 GM (PA &F) has issued order to the SSPOs/SPOs & DDOs to make immediate payment to the beneficiaries of the Court cases in the name of Prabir Chakraborty, Gopeshwar Mondal & Alok Kr. Brahma & their other applicants . Now DDOs will make necessary payment to the concerned retired PA(SBCO)s. So., all are requested to contact accordingly. Now the problem is settled.

Respected Sir,

                     Your  kind attention is invited to the fact that  twenty three  outsider candidates  have been selected for  provisional appointment as PA(SBCO)  under West Bengal Circle  against the vacancies of 2011 & 2012 .  It  is painful to mention  here   that  the selection process has since been completed   more than  half  months  past  but they could not be posted due to some Departmental formalities  . As per Dte’s guidelines the process would have been completed   at the earliest  as  it has been done  by most of the Circles  under DOP.  All the candidates  have already submitted  required certificates  from District  Magistrate  along with other attestation forms duly completed . In most of the cases police verification & educational verifications have been completed .  In this connection it is brought to your kind notice that SBCO branches under the Circle are running with 30% (app.) shortage of staff . Some branches having 1/2 officials are facing severe problems in performing the audit & accounting works of SBCO along with the works relating to CBS. It  may not be out of place to mention here that  written examination  has already been carried out  for recruitment of 44  candidates against the vacancy for the year 2013 and the process is  likely to be completed shortly.                                   

In view of the above this Union urges  upon the Chief Postmaster General, West Bengal Circle kindly to intervene into the matter & take necessary action so that the long awaited selected  candidates are appointed  on ad hoc basis /  provisionally   after 2 weeks practical training at SBCO  as it was done in  last two  recruitment  process. It is most urgent  for the interest of CBS since SBCO is to certify the balances for migration of data .
