AISBCE Union . About 70% SBCO staff under W.B. Circle have allowed
benefit ( five to ten laks Rupees) with reference to Junior . It was
even fought in the Supreme Court & we won.

Dated 11.06.2013 Vide WPCT No. 209/2013 Gopeshwar Mondal Vs. UOI .
